Sam has been meditating for the best part of 2 decades. Her curiosity has seen her explore a number of different approaches, including moving meditations, guided meditations and everyday application of mindfulness practices.
She lived at the Findhorn community in Scotland for 6 years, where she led a weekly meditation. She currently hosts two meditation groups in Sydney. She began to teach meditation for corporations 8 years ago, as part of a large-scale, cultural transformation program.
For first-timers, she loves to combine an understanding of the science of meditation (brain-waves, beta, alpha, theta states etc) with a simple but profound experience of meditation.
Sam is also involved in design and facilitation of sustainability education programs for corporate and not-for-profit clients.
